BERTERA METRO SERVICE TIPS!
Dropping off your vehicle:
Just pull into our service parking area, park and lock your vehicle, bring your current mileage inside to the service write up counter. If you have arrived early, and have already discussed your service needs with a member of our service staff, you may want to use the “Drop-off” envelope service, which allows quick drop off without waiting. Just follow the instructions located on the “Early bird drop off box” located outside the service door. Please make sure to leave a phone number you can be reached at during the time your vehicle is in for service.
Pre-Approving service work:
As we perform repairs, technicians may notice additional items of concern. To save time, many customers will pre-approve a dollar amount for additional necessary work. If you would like to give us a dollar limit, please mention this when setting your appointment or dropping off. If not authorized, we will only perform work approved in advance. Before performing any additional work, we will call you to discuss and obtain permission to continue.
Checking status of your vehicle:
Because of our high phone call volume and because we don’t want to put you on hold for extended periods of
time, we urge you not to call and check vehicle status unless you have received a message from us to do so. Your Service Advisor will call you before the time we promised to complete your repairs, either to recap what has been done or to discuss additional repairs.
Picking up your vehicle:
When you arrive for vehicle pickup you may proceed directly to the service counter. One of our service advisors will provide you with your service paperwork, review your invoice and escort you to the cashier. If you have any questions, please ask your service advisor at that time. The cashier will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check (with proper identification).
